"4 Daily Best Diet plan for weight loss"

You can’t outwork a bad diet.

A bad diet will manifest as excess fat, slow metabolism, and inevitable weight gain. But it’s easy to fix, there are 6 foods my nutritionist identified as the anchor of my calorie surplus, and I can guarantee you eat at least 4 of these daily…

Removing these 6 foods made a caloric deficit a joke, I was down almost 500 calories daily without even trying…

Dried Fruits

Fruits are packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. On the other hand, dried fruits, which have had most of their water content removed, are high in calories and sugar.

You might think, I’m being too skeptical but see for yourself:

A cup of grapes contains 70 calories while a cup of raisins has approximately 300 calories — more than 4 times the calories, and sugar content…

I replaced dried fruit with frozen fruit instead, which had a 3 fold benefit:

  • More filling.
  • More hydrating.
  • 4x Less calories.

Sweet Fruits

Sugar is sugar.

Every food triggers an insulin response, and foods that trigger a higher insulin response tell your body to start storing energy for a rainy day. As your body starts storing energy, it simultaneously doesn’t want to expend any. This explains the brain fog, and lethargy you feel with a high-sugar diet…

You can’t lose bodyfat, because you’re eating food that’s telling your body to store energy as body fat…

Bread

Bread has been normalized as if it’s oxygen.

The moment you eat bread, your body breaks it down into sugar, causing an insulin spike. Even in moderation, bread should be avoided if you wish to lose fat.

Your body has the same response to bread as it has to sweet fruits, it’s been told to store energy for later use.

Low-Fat Snacks

The key word is low-fat snacks and not low-fat foods. I’m not talking about chicken breasts or lean fats here.

I’m referring to the products that contain a big sign that reads:

  • LOW FAT
  • REDUCED FAT
  • FAT FREE
  • LIGHT
  • ULTRA LIGHT

To remove fat from natural unprocessed foods, they have to add a plethora of chemicals to it, and most of the time they destroy the food while they’re at it.

There’s a reason the snack industry and obesity are majorly correlated.

Rice

I debated putting rice and bread together, but that would be a huge injustice to bread.

Many experiments show that rice is not your friend. If you ever wear a glucose monitor, you’ll be shocked to see that nothing spikes your blood sugar like rice.

The quality of rice doesn’t matter — white rice, brown rice, basmati rice — your body treats them all the same.
